What are generic medications?

A generic medication is a copy that is the same as a brand-name medication in dosage, safety, strength, how it is taken, quality, performance and intended use.

Are generic medications as safe as brand-name medications?

Since generics use the same active ingredients and are shown to work the same way in the body, they have the same risks and benefits as their brand-name counterparts.

Can I cancel an order?

When will I have the money for the cancelled order back?

After the refund confirmation, we will refund your money to your card immediately. Refund procedure time depends on the bank's transaction processing time and takes approximately 1-3 hours.

What if my order is delayed at customs?

If your order is held up at customs and you do not receive your order, please contact us and we will reship your order at our expense or if you cannot wait for the reshipment we may return your money.

We do have USA to USA Overnight shipping for certain products and it is 24-hour delivery service, but it takes from 12 to 48 hours to process an order. In some cases USA to USA Overnight shipping takes not one but two business days.

I ordered both a product that is not in the overnight products list and one that is in it. How will my order be delivered?

We provide USA to USA Overnight shipping only for Erectile Dysfunction medications. The products which are not included in this group will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE by Regular Airmail.
